I have serious ADHD and struggle with it daily. I have never accepted the intense restlnessness and busyness of this mind. I connected with that energy in this meditation as a restless child trying desperately to help. I told her she could be just as she is and she can rest without trying to help so much. I realized there is another part of me that has always been trying to keep the restless one in check, managing her, trying to get her to behave, to not be who she is. In this meditation, i can see that is not me either. I invited that managing part to rest too and felt myself as the vastness that holds all of the energies of this psyche. I am also a songwriter and a song came to me from the experience. Also, the ads...so.many. ads. I dont have paid KZbin, so there were ads throughout, every couple minutes. At first it was annoying and I considered bailing out but then i just treated the ads the same way as i treat thoughts now, part of the experience in the moment, just what is. Thank you for your offerings. Wonderful way to begin the day and to reattune to presence.

hehe I was actually on Mount Sinai last November and didn't find it to be particularly spiritual. But it was a fun climb and fun being up there with friends. And actually I go to Sinai a lot (I live in Israel) because it's the place that I feel most connected to myself, and last night after hearing your zoom talk, I laid in bed and just paid attention to what was happening with me, and heard the message "Sinai is right here". the biggest revelation for me was that I don't have to breathe deeply and sit in a certain position to be present :)

For me it's all about energy and how much energy becomes available in the relaxation of resistance. Our native intelligence plus energy equals effective action.

I GIVE YOUR THOUGHTS or non thoughts an A+ I'm not a professor yet I seem to PLAY ONE IN REAL LIFE though LOL. To quote a teacher I think is good at the task of offering a spiritual doctrine or simple guidelines from past teachers Jesus, Buhda, ect. The quote mentioned by the good doc "No mind is the ultimate context" meaning space consciousness doesn't mean you can't think, on the contrary it allows the mind to think more efficiently, if required to do so.
