The Most Fun I've EVER Had With A Hunter Build! (Jolt/Blind Everything)

When I first saw this exotic, I was skeptical about whether it would be good or not. Thankfully, it's very strong and a ton of fun! If you haven't given it a shot, I would definitely recommend it with this build.

Heads up everyone! I mention radiant orbs in the video but it only works with a solar or prismatic subclass (I had it equipped because I was running prismatic earlier 😭). Feel free to distribute that artifact perk where you feel and it's not going to change anything with this build! Being amplified permanently will still proc shieldcrush.

Hey great build. The build does fall off in endgame so I have some changes feel free to use for content. Swap flow state for tempest strike. Pulse nade with magnitude and run spark of amplitude and use ascention to proc your orb generation instead of the blind and trace fragments. Boulstering Detonation with firepower and heavy handed for crazy orbs. Keep reaper, bomber, and PA to utilize the base dodge if you need quick health. 1 surge mod is nice and health on orbs with grenade energy on orbs so PA on reg dodge will fully refill grenade which will give CA back. Run the ashes to assets with hands on for super uptime. Pair with outbreak. If you keep blind run focusing strike on arms

Almost everyone I follow is making prismatic builds and as someone who isn’t particularly interested in running prismatic, it’s really nice to see someone making new builds for the other subclasses, especially with the new exotics. So thank you! I needed this video!!!

For those like me who have yet to get an Indebted Kindness, nevermind one with Voltshot, remember that Iterative Loop exists and is craftable with Compulsive Reloader and Voltshot.

This is very similar to my arc build that I've been running a lot lately. Especially with the arc surges this week. I like the blinding grenade here; I hadn't thought of that utility. I wrote off the exotic armor piece at first, but after using it more, the survivability alone makes it really fun to use. I have a chromed psion look going for mine with the vault of glass armor set

WOW. I just tried it in a strike and this build really lets you spam ascension EVERY FREAKING SECOND !! the uptime is insane

I’ve used this build a lot (I use skip grenades because they split and track and jolt way more enemies). For harder content, the spin in the air is risky and you need to be “near” jolted enemies to get the DR benefit of Gifted Conviction. So for harder content I switched to shinobus vow so you can play more carefully and as you’re always amplified by jolting you still get the Artifact DR without needing to be “near” targets (Galvanic Armor) + Shieldcrush makes your grenades recharge faster and do more damage. The skip grenades with shinobus are already high damage and aggressively track targets

See ive been running something similar but for prismatic, using the sword with arc conductor and caster frame, with the catalyst you get pretty near infinite heavy spam as long as there are mobs nearby (running double special with no issues when it comes to content up to master where some enemies do take a heavy shot or two but besides not bad) the gameplay loops is caster, grapple melee (for radiant) then ascension 90% add clear guaranteed and then for beefy, use transcendence toss nade on bulky and infinite cast heavy attacks

for utility kickstart; basically the kickstart mods as a whole used to count themselves as a stack of armor charge & you would get their effects accordingly a while ago grenade and melee kickstart got nerfed so this no longer happens & utility kickstart got caught in the cross fire

I would personally use something like buried bloodline for devour for better survivability. Volt shot is nice and all but as clear won’t be much of an issue with a jolt build like this

How do you get those armour stats? I'd imagine through focusing but which stat should you focus on? (Ghost mod)

Resilience and Discipline are usually priority for most, and then either Mobility for faster class ability or Intellect for faster super. See what stats are lacking and focus into that. I usually run Discipline mod cause getting that spike is more favorable than the other two in that category (STR and INT), and then hoping RNG gives me a spike in one or two others in the top. D2armorpicker is your friend.

Iterative Loop from Neomuna. Craftable with Compulsive Reloader and Voltshot and is a Rapid-fire Fusion Rifle.

Also y’all, with being amplified 100% of the time, the Centrifuse catalyst will be constantly active so if you want something that helps blind if you don’t have Indebted Kindness

With the whole dynamo, reaper etc mods not working with it, it's all down to the wording. For anyone that's played Magic The Gathering will know where I'm coming from (casting/playing). There's a difference between 'using' and 'expending' class ability energy. Using suggests the energy is being used for it's intended use (dodge/rift/barricade), expending suggests consuming the energy in that slot for any reason (including it's intended use). Given Bungie's spaghetti code there are likely exceptions to this, but I've always looked at it this way.

@@Trevoroxx blind plus overshield if you throw the nade close enough. Blind causes invis, melee after weakens. Dodge to slow, run e repeat constantly. You can remain invis and keep groups under control at all times

Reaper isn't working with Ascension.

This build will fall off in higher end content unless something is done about the hang time after using ascension. Perhaps if enemies don't target you for a brief period of time, then it's a solid pick. But for now, I'd just say use with caution.

I use tempest strike instead of flow state in high end content and use assension around corners to jolt or to speed the fireteam between areas
