This build works not only for Mundo, but great on Sion too! A im main sion for 3 years and taking advantage of Sion's W passive to stack HP makes warmog work very early. It's a really fun build!

Great Vid! one clarification, you mention that the multiplicative nature of Swiftness and Deadman's plate slow reduction is a good thing. This is actually not true, multiplicate reductions are worse. Additive -25% + -25% is -50% slow reduction. Multiplicative -25% + -25% is -43.75% reduction. Multiplicative is better when achieving increases, additive is better for decreases :)

I miss old mundo. I used to main him jungle, during chemtank meta, and he was MAD good, a counter to the hecarim and ramus meta at the time. I still play him jungle, but Im only plat 4. hes real solid when it comes to dealing with agro enemy junglers, you start wolves or raptors, and clear 4 camps then look for a steal on red or blue buff, following the enemy pathing, which puts them behind, usually you at lvl 3 and them at lvl 2, then you run them down with exaust before anyone can rotate b4 crab

1:43 there's an issue tho: when we talk about making a number smaller (aka reducing the effectiveness of something, and not calculating an increase), stacking multiplicatively is weaker than stacking additively. see: if X is the said strength of the slow effect (aka -x%movspeed) & X' its effective end value. we have that, multiplicatively: X' = X • (100-25 / 100) • (100-25 / 100) = X • 75/100 • 75/100 = X • 0.75 • 0.75 = 0.5625 X -->the slow will be 56,25% effective; whilst, additively, it'd be: X' = X • (100-25-25 / 100) = X • 50/100 = 0.5 X --->the slow would've been 50% effective.

I used to do this back when Warmogs activated with 1k hp and had 800 HP. im glad Riot brought it back with the buff to Warmog HP recently

You understand that multiplicative stacking of percentages is strictly worse than if it were additive right? In the example of stacking deadman's with swifties you end up with around 30% slow resist so building both seems a lil inefficient. Guess it depends how much you value a 5% increase to slow resist though.

I like Warmog's too but I mostly use it to out sustain my enemies. Most champs have mana and even the manaless ones have to reset once in a while

What rank do you play Mundo in? I one trick him, but i avoid ranked, because i think he is easily countered if your enemy just has the knowledge to get grievous wounds.

thoughts on a late heartsteel/overlord's in this build? I know 4th/5th item are unreliable in most games, but heartsteel scaling with item HP and teamfights being more common later in the game could make it still worth. Idk though, I only whip out the ol' mundo in ranked once in a blue moon. cheers

Slow resist stacking multiplicatively isn't great. You'd want it to stack additively. So 25%+25% would be 50% instead of 43,75% (and it can never reach 100%).

I thought slow resist was additive i.e 25% swiftness + 25% dmp = 50% slow resist, multiplicative would be 1-75%*75%~44% slow resist

I usually dont buy it because i prefer other MR items. I think it can be useful but only really if you buy something like unending despair and want to increase your healing. Otherwise, i think just getting fon or jaksho is probably better to get more magic resist (especially if you already have warmogs for that out of combat healing). Not sure though, i havent tried it with this build

IDK man. Isn't giving up on heartsteel and titanic makes it dmg a bit too low? what if one of your lane gets too behind? what if opponent bot lane gets fed? you won't be able to one shot enemy twitch and he will make enough time to kill your entire team. Seems fun but definetely for diamond+ build. You cannot carry with this build if you're below diamond I think.

Garen has his passive so its not necessary on him imo. i think damage would be more valuable. Mundo is op because warmogs also gives him great damage because of the E passive

Stacking Multiplacatively is not as great as additavely. You get less movespeed resist via the Multiplacative method. There should be a formula for it in the wiki. % Armor Pen works the same way. The reason Darius cannot get %85 percent armor Pen by his e passive and LDR is because they are calculated Multiplacetvly rather than addively.
