But the house is old. You also showed us a house being built with a store front for $20,000. I know Thai people don’t like buying someone else’s house. But my question is your house was 40k. How is mother’s house more costly @ 45k. Thanks.

That’s right Phillip. She wants to sell expensive that’s why she couldn’t find buyers. I think if she sells for 1.2 million or like $38,000 she would be able to find the buyers. But it is up to her what price she wishes to sell for.
