Buy the new restoration of Postal here: massacrevideo.com/site/?product=postal-limited-edition-uhd-blu-ray-combo Are there any other directors who you would want me to make similar videos with?

Tim Pope, who got screwed over by the Weinsteins while directing The Crow: City of Angels, would be amazing. He's working on another film currently, only his second production since he was so disheartened by the experience of making his first with Miramax, so I'm very excited about that. It's a shame that we still can't see what he did with City of Angels because, in its current (near-incomprehensible) form, it is such a visually striking movie and the score/soundtrack is incredible. I hope he gets his proper director's cut someday and seeing you interact with him would be fascinating.

I love this guy. He clearly loves and knows cinema despite starting his filmmaking career just to make money out of a tax loophole, and I think he started to slowly fall in love with the whole process as his movies actually improved along the lines. The Rampage ones were actually good 7/10 action flicks. Also love his attitude, dude's a real one who clearly doesn't give a fuck about netizens' opinion.

I can't say I'm biggest fan of all his films although Dafur & Rampage I really enjoyed, but I am a huge fan of the man himself, the more interviews I see of him makes you realize he's a genuine guy who isn't trying to appease anyone or pretend to be anything he's not, in the film business that's rare and unfortunately not rewarded. I for one will be showing up to watch his next films - keep on going Uwe!

I want Uwe to know that I do not blame him for the downfall of the bloodrayne video games. That was all majesco entertainments fault in why we never got a bloodrayne 3 video game. I also hope that one day that a bloodrayne reboot does come in next Gen gaming and Uwe Boll plays a guest roll were he plays a parody of himself and gets killed by Rayne in a comedic way and says something sparky about his bloodrayne movies. That would be comedy gold.

Say what you want about Boll, but the man has balls. Who else out there would make not just one, but like four Rampage movies lol he clearly just does not give one single shit what people think about him and that to me is so refreshing.
@RolandDeschain14 ай бұрын
I admire anyone who can get a film made. But with Boll I could never shake the feeling that if he had taken his initiative and his knowledge of financing and distribution and had PRODUCED movies for talented, hungry filmmakers. He could have become one of the greatest independent producers in the world. Instead he took all of that money, those actors and those IPs and made absolute shit out of them. He pissed away all of those resources because HE had to be the director. Imagine if he'd found the next James Wan or Mike Flanagan and had given him free reign over something like ALONE IN THE DARK or HOUSE OF THE DEAD. To me THAT will always be the true tragedy of his career. That he wasted it on himself.
