Considering the populations of Russia, China, India, Brazil, South Africa, Hungary, Bulgaria, Belarus, Saudi Arabia and most of Germany. who are all in favour of him. And if you want to go by countries the majority are either in favour or indifferent. The US and UN may see it differently but the fact remains that most people in this world have other homegrown problems that are more important to them than the justified retaking of part of Ukraine by Russia.
