There's nothing to fix until they push item drop rate for _everyone_ and not just the one dude in 1000 games who gets fortune 9

I actually do not think it's possible to hit more than one 3-star 5 cost through 9 fortune rerolling, not sure if there is a cap on it or something but you can roll 3000 gold without seeing a second 3-star. Have to Hwei it in.
