I played in a tournament with Phil in 2019 and he is even more whiny in person. He called for the floor at least 10 times. We were at the same table when he was eliminated I will never forget that hand the flop was J-4-8 the turn was a K Phil went all in and got called Phil turned over A-K and the guy to my right turned over 9-10 them a 7 came on the river Phil started his whining talking about how stupid it was for the guy on my right to even play that hand and the guy on my right said “I can’t be that stupid I took all your money” the whole table erupted in laughter and thought Phil was going to cry.
