can someone explain what slow rolling is in poker? i looked it up and im seeing a lot of people fighting both sides of "acting like you're bluffing so they bet against a fake bluff" vs. "your opponent has a weak hand and shows it, you act like you're going to lose so they bet high, then show them a winning hand"

Slow rolling refers to having a strong hand, maybe the best possible hand, and intentionally trying to be the last person to show your hand. Usually makes your opponent think they’ve won since you’re reluctant to show. It’s often used as a psychological needle to make opponents mad and play worse

High stakes is a relative term. It really means how much you are risking relative to how much you have. If you are risking your entire net worth than it is high stakes.
