There is nothing wrong with trying to prepare for emergencies by having extra food and water , medicine and medical supplies as well as back up for heating alternative cooking methods because we still need to be able to provide for our families and also being prepared can remove some of that fear you would have if you were not prepared. I learned that the hard way when hurricane helene hit us September 27th 2024. But in all i do i give thanks and praise to Jesus Christ and always pray ask, and wait on him and i ultimately put my faith,hope,trust in him alone and not myself or anyone else.

Praise the Lord for the great work of awakening people to the deeper truths of God's word. If we look at the life of Joseph in the Bible he stocked up for the drought period and was advisable wise to do that, if we are faced with the mark of the beast and we cannot buy or sell or if food prices are hiked beyond affordable means is someone wrong to apply wisdom and stock up not just for yourself but perhaps for your family and God willing it may even extend to others who maybe hard pressed to afford a means of sustaining themselves. Was Joseph operating in fear when he stocked up for 7 years of famine? As long as the Holy Spirit is leading in any given situation all is well.

I definitely don’t believe that those who have stocked up on food and are not wise, they are not all living in fear , and they are all not walking with Jesus. That would mean Noah was living in fear and not walking with God , and Joseph. Was living in fear and not walking with God . I think it’s very wise to plan ahead. I was watching this Netflix series called Sabrina, the teenage witch (a show I used to watch when I was a kid, but this was a far less innocent version) Within a few episodes, it was very obvious that this show was a manipulation for young people to get them to think that all these sins were a completely acceptable & normal way of life. Very disturbing to know that this is the kind of thing young people are watching and learning from.
