He left me because he felt like he was not showing me support or how much he should have really cared for me but i was always telling him that he did not have to be perfect but he kept mentioning how he was not the best for me and he thought that we should split up so we did. I was in a relationship where I focused on him and,onky him. I put him first instead of myself. To me, he was my main priority.. But I messed up because of where it put me and I ended,up losing so much. But I thought it didnt matter as,long as he was by my side. He was my best friend back in middle school. He told me how different I was. That I wasnt this 'pretty girl's physically but that my personality was watch got him and what made me beautiful to him... He was a broken,person like me and I thought I could mend him while mending myself but all I did was tear myself apart more. After him and I being homeless for 2 months. He moved to Cali to be with his mom and I moved to Idaho to be with grandparents. We both set it out that we will be do long distance. But he cheated and said 'it just happened...' And started dating her when we were together. Honestly. As much as my heart was broken and,I,felt like I was crumbling. I noticed that I was better off without him. I out all my pain into what I was passionate about which is spreading positivity through videos. I never focused on myself the way I did after him and that I can thank him for.

Me and my best friend were in love with each other but we couldn’t with each other due to personal reasons. I trusted him and gave him everything of me, I loved him and would always dream about us two in the future, he was the reason to keep me going at my bad times. Until one day he sent me a text which stabbed me in my heart so deep I couldn’t breathe. I gave my all, overprioritized him and was always in pain, losing, until a few days ago... then it all ended. I've been heartbroken, and trying to find closure... I always tried my best for him, gave him my all, trusted in a happy future together, always cared for his well being, even after we broke up... Thinking for his future, before and after we broke up, I tried my best to give him insight on what was wrong and how to improve himself, without being manipulative or anything like that, always saying we need to take the time to figure things out together openly, to get on the same page... and he never gave effort, and despite always claiming he loved me, his attitudes and actions proved otherwise. He completely denied my suggestions, said that he doesn't have any flaws, and has no intent to work on himself. He basically made it sound like it was MY fault for being cheated on and undervalued and hurt by his carelessness... and at that moment, right now, I feel so lost. I've lost so much to him... I know he's not worth it, he doesn't know what he was talking about when he claimed to "love" me and he refuses to see the need to change himself, not just for me but for his own future with anyone else going forward. But part of me still can't stand seeing him be so flawed and stay that way... I just need to let go, but I feel so unfortunate to have fallen for him and made myself too vulnerable, and undervalued myself, let myself get hurt so much, and even joined in on it... and it annoys me that he thinks he's totally fine and I'm not. He mistreated and undervalued me, cheated on me. That's not justified, but even his friend justified that, overconfidently, with him. They're remorseless, and I'm just hurt. And over the course of our relationship, he never apologized for anything... so I see how he's bad, and I was bad for letting myself stay in that, and both of those bother me. The former there's nothing I can do about but try my best to stop caring for him, and the latter, I need to make it up to myself by loving myself like in this video. But I've been struggling with having passions for years now, I don't have any... and I also don't really have good friends I can truly confide in. I'm lost...

I just got on a breakup with my boyfriend last month. I cry everyday, i refuse going out with my friends, i didnt eat and can’t be with my family. And i thought that what does it feels when i am with my family and friends now? today i started having a bond with my family, going out with my friends, laughing with them and many more. I have seen this months before my boyfriend broke up with me. And just saw this again now and watched it again. I guess it reminded me and has shown me what it is i am facing right now. I may not been a perfect gf but i am sure i have given my genuine best and love. And i realised now that in that processed i have forgotten myself. This is why you must always be in pursuit of your own validation and goals that would ensure that. While it's great to have someone in your life, you must be always on your mission. Concerning the scenario, you approve of yourself, you don't need someone else's approval. You can give them everything but if you're the one investing more into the relationship than they are, then it is an unhealthy dynamic and everything you do will never be enough and you will be drained. Happiness is a choice and should come from you and what you do, never from the validation of others. The right person will understand that and respect you.

Jay hit the spot right there: focus on improving yourself, and... you dont give a girl or a guy everything! - I was doing really well with a girl and one day, about 3 months ago, she decided to ghost me! (Eventually I grew cold on her as well!) - turns out I gave her too much unrequired attention that scared her away from me: reflecting something I never meant to communicate to her known as weakness... after a year of hard work, I messed it up for myself! (Now I'm seeing her pictures with another friend of mine and I'm trying so hard not to lose control!). If it's one thing I realized, it's that people will test you and take unexpected breaks from you!

That happen exactly in my relationship, but I didn't realize so soon, it took me 2 years (after break up) to realize I didn't want that type of person affect me. But fortunately I'm much better right now! This video is so true.

The same thing happened to me... He cheat on me... Left me broken.... Break with me without no reason... He was the one whom i love so much, care for him... But he hurt me a lot...
