definitely good advice, happens to me all the time. To add on to this, try not to tire yourself out, and do things like don't cube much during lunch

I don't even practice with Stackmat, not even before comps, but still get good results in some events. (I only get good 3x3 results in the first rounds though, not in the finals lol)
