Best way to improve your golf swing. I think Nat is great. The dynamic stretches and movements are critical to injury prevention, while gaining strength. I'd like to see you put together all the vid's with Nat in one location so they are easily accessible. I hate having to search through the channel to find each one.

Kudos to both and gratitude... excellent addition to kit bag for working as a Pilates instructor and PT with golfers male/female young and mature. The hip IR and ER upper and lower body seperation with thoracic openors- progressive dead bugs i teach regularly in class but specificity of golf swing break down - so cool as visually satisfying for the client. whom often have no clue as generically train with Pts who smash bodies rather than work methodically. We say sports and well being coaches are the biggest thieves going- however its SO Important to give thanks to where benefited from.. so thank you for teaching me about golf...keep up the good job and lets help people win in thier mobility/movement and golf comps XXX BlessXX

These videos with Natalie are so great. Helping us with flexibility and strength training. At 72 and after missing golf for 15 years, trying to get the game back is so difficult. One on one lessons with my pro has helped me so much with my swing, contact and follow through but the core strengthening is missing. I’ll never be as strong as I was at 30 or even 50 but it’s the loss of flexibility that’s the biggest loss for me. I’m doing better, can hit the driver straight 240 and now with 45 gram shafts and F1 flex, hit my 7i consistently 145 but these stretches and exercises will help me be more consistent and fatigue less. Recover faster for the next round will also be a result of these strength exercises. Thanks so much.

When I go to the range now and have done for about a year now is a practice half swing back but a full big follow through because my full left side is so tight compared to the right. Hello, I'm new to the channel and very much appreciate your videos. I would like to turn my shoulders further back on the downswing. Ideally to get my left shoulder more under my chin. My question is have you done a video on shoulder turn? How can I loosen the muscles that inhibit a greater turn? If that's even the solution??Thank you.

I seriously believe that these exercises will help me to improve all aspects of my game plus to potentially give me more power and ultimately more distance with all my clubs. After having a pretty sedate job for the last few years I have noticed that my posture was really badly effected plus my rotation was getting less and less - hopefully by trying out these exercises I can improve my rotation/flexibility plus help to build a bulletproof core. Can’t wait to try them out plus to send the link to my PT instructor plus swing coach to get these drills included into my winter training regime. Thank you both for the vlog #BRDEGolfer
