Signing a None Disclosure Agreement under duress makes it invalid - Contract law 101. At worst all the Prison Department can do if some-one communicated information they obtained during a prison visit to others is to ban that person from future prison visits, incidentally the Prison Service can refuse a visitors pass to anyone without even giving reason, - the only circumstance which changes this would be if the information was unlawful - for example communicating something that could be regarded as some form of criminal activity to a co-conspirator. .
