The past year was the hardest of my life. I lost a lot, went through incredible challenges and adversity, lots of trauma. The past few months after that, was just solitude, like reflecting on what just happened after a crazy storm. I would have spiraled into a serious depression if I hadn't found Connor and other storm chasers. I've had a blast watching the streams! I'm incredibly thankful for the work storm chasers do. I'm in love of the beautiful shots of these storms, even if they don't produce tornadoes. This has brought peace and community into my life when I really needed it. I've really enjoyed watching the storm chasers grow in popularity, and see them educate more and more people, keeping us informed and safe. I've most specially Connor. He's my mvp of the year for sure. On so many elements, he's just crushing it. So many other awesome ones out there too. Thankful for them all. Incredible video Connor. I'll be watching this over and over. I just spent the last few hours watching the stream with my mother as you drove through my home town, and we had an absolutely phenomenal time watching such a beautiful storm move through our area, seeing it on stream and in person. We just watched this together and are in awe! Love what you do!

Keep on keepin on, Whitebear. It can be tough to balance those demons sometimes but you'll persevere buddy! It helps to have a support group in this world, and some of these chaser communities are really awesome places. I think staying busy and active helps keep those racing minds at ease, which is probably why I see a lot of people going through things like this following chasers to soak up their time. There is so much to learn and to follow along observing in this field/hobby that distracts from those times of hardship. I'd say it helps to be physically active just as much. Try to develop a secondary interest or 2(if you don't already have one) whether it be cooking, gardening, juggling, jogging, birdwatching, instruments, paddling, fishing, etc. That way when there are no weather streams you can stay just as busy :). Hope you find peace in this world!

This one was special because if how photogenic it was meaning it was very white and good looking unlike a dark wedge or stove pipe. It was also very slow moving with multiple vortices so a very special one​@@Tblhockey

@@Tblhockey A lot of times the tornado is wrapped in rain, or there are trees or hills blocking the view of the entire tornado. This one was visible from top to bottom, plus the landscape was beautiful. It wasn’t picking up debris, which can obscure the view. They also were able to get incredibly close. It was also a combination of camera work and driving.

Im more of a calm Pecos Hank fan than an excited Reed Timmer, I do respect any tornado chaser and I know it's intense but to me when someone can film a tornado and be cool and calm, there is just something that tells me the filmer can handle rough situations better.
