What I like doing when I'm rushing lichbane is like not bum rushing it but getting a single mana crystal which increases your mana pool by like 60% and it's only 300 gold, and if you're in a pinch to finish your item you can also sell it for 210, and it practically solves your mana issues early game if you're q little careful with it

He's actually scripting, of course... no but seriously, this is just what happens when you play the game for so long at a consistently high level. Most dodges are predictions more than reactions. After some point you just have enough game knowledge to do things like this.

A lot of people like to use their abilities in time with when you’re going in for a last hit on a minion/cannon. Also just knowing kill range and what champion abilities they want to land can allow you to know they want to land a certain ability on you because they know if they land it, you die. And literally in the time stamp Pekin knows kassadins teammates might be around to give him enough confidence to go for it.
