I think the reason they destroyed your eternal wanderer instead of Urza is because the ability to repeatedly blink the portal each turn and kill 3 creatures is absurdly strong. I honestly think its more broken than Urza.

Definitely. His opponent that game was playing a lot better than he was, he just got out powered by the greedier deck. I have a slightly different version of this deck and it's a lot of fun.

I took this deck and changed a few cards for historic. It is devastating. The only problem is goblins and elves. I took Oss out and out in board wipes. Great deck!

I modded this deck for Bo3 because I only ever encounter mono red in Bo1. Its insanely funny to watch Rakdos players with 5 cards in hand pass turns because the deck runs zero cut down targets and 3 go for the throat targets. RIP Pilots haha.

I like how there are tiers to deck building now. First tier, Aggro which is trumped by the second tier, mid-range which in turn is trumped by third tier ramping into big Thwompers but that third tier often gets aggro'd out by the first tier

Where's control and combo in your tier system? Actually, it's not what tiers are about. You're describing the rock-paper-scissor strategies. Tier 1: win rate above 50% against the meta Tier 2: same as above, but only against specific decks Tier 3: win rate below 50%.

Deck is to slow but i guess it works if your not playing mythic all the time. Also most of your card are about to get banned off stanfard and its not gonna be that great in historic. Save your rares.
