Sure he's good at this, but he also has a team. I cannot tell you how many times I pop an ult in similar situations and the enemy team just kills me. No one even shot at him a single time when he ulted because he is both pocketed and SUPPORTED by his team. I would love to have that kind of support around me. I'd say this is hard proof that if you're good enough at your chosen hero, it doesn't matter how hard they try to counter you, you can still beat them right? That being said its probably easier on Pharah due to the lesser amount of accuracy required to secure kills (not to discredit this guys accuracy as I am aware he does play other heroes that require a lot more accuracy, and he does hit many direct rockets with Pharah so he's not just relying on splash damage). One thing I do disagree with is that he hogs the ladders. Like okay, I get it you're the Number #1, but it's unfair to hog all the top spots on the ladder and skews the top 500, denying spots to people that otherwise would have made it.

L take honestly. Him taking all the spots means he's not only good enough to get rank 1 constantly, but he's _that_ good, consistently. His skill doesn't fluctuate like Dafran's, let's say. Dafran has his good and bad days. Yet, Ysn is always grinding at consistently rank 1 performance level, which is an anomaly of course. I'm not d riding but just defending his right to "hog" up the top spots. If you want top 10, you have to be better than him for that rank spot. That simple. It's like complaining Lebron is mvp all the time and expecting him to lower his skill for the rest of the plebs. It's just a skill issue.

Pharah gets full value with mercy and nano. And he may be pocketed but what he does is quiet impressive to me. I don't think anyone can match him on echo/pharah in EU/NA. He has insane aim for direct hits, he is super aggressive but also smart, has great game sense. Definitely a great player, but unfortunately his english is lame and he's not flexible enough.

but that's the only way you play with pharah tho, almost every resource needs to be used on pharah and that's why every pro team avoids picking pharah. YZN is an exception, as long as you keep him alive, he will carry and no other pharah main compares to what he can do

She has boop or rochet jump, though at least one of them will be used to get you into the engagement since she’s so slow in the air. Even then those two movement abilities don’t actually move you very far realistically. Her rockets are ungodly slow and have a pitiful damage drop off, so you are incentivized to play close, but you also deal damage to yourself. Not to mention as a flying hero you draw a lot more attention to yourself then your standard hero. I cannot think of a single hero that actively punishes you for playing at the distance and/or range that you are supposed to play at other then maybe doom
