I'm so impressed with how all those people including civilians helped dig that tunnel. It was amazing, and took a lot of wit, determination, and commitment. Awesome job fr! Even though it didn't work out for them in the end.

It’s astonishing that for decades it was said that it was impossible or highly unlikely the men could have lived through escaping Alcatraz. The current to strong, water to cold and the sharks would eat them. Not only did they have a raft to help them but strong evidence that a couple of them live long lives afterwards. It’s not only possible, they currently have a tour that allows you to swim from Alcatraz to the mainland.
@ATypiclaNPC Жыл бұрын
From what i heard, it was always said it were nearly Impossible for them to survive. So it wasn't wrong. Their Chancen were probably very slim. Don't forgett thats this Event, has kothing to do with a real prison break. U are already stressed, constantly in fear of being detected, maybe already drained and more. And then u start swimming, while in the Event, most people will probably be, Resten people who trained for this. So u can't realy compare this Event to an Real Situation. But still, it wasn't said it wasn't completly immpossible. But yeah, now days it seems, that the less likely has happened.
@fineartonfire_5327 Жыл бұрын
Except they didn’t swim OR use the raft!! The raft was a decoy. And the missing extension cord was used so they could be towed behind the ferry back to San Fran.

I live 3.2 miles from the rock. It's 3.1mi true East from rock to Treasure Island's Western wall. I mean when Alcatraz was active. I guess that was a military installation so maybe not the best choice. But honestly you could just catch the current and especially in a raft barely even need to paddle you just glide into the island
@nunstersplace Жыл бұрын
Alcatraz, one thing they never mention is that they studied the tidal currents. That's why they had to get into the water when they did or they would have missed the tide going out that took them to a waiting boat. That's why they only found a couple of things that fell into the water.

Imagine all the cruel things you have seen in your life. In real life and on TV and everywhere else. Then imagine all the cruel things you have seen actually happening and happening * 10. That is war. When I was young I was brainwashed in school about how good America was and how outstanding and upstanding people we were. Since then I have grown up and I have studied history on my own and in college courses. I know now that war has nothing to do with morality. Maybe once upon a time War had a tiny bit of morals some of the time but definitely not since WWII. War is basically and argument between Elites twitch they throw all of the youth from every country into the ring to fight their Wars for them. They put them behind a rifle four full-year 's before they are even old enough to buy alcohol🤷♀️

The narrator in this video, he said the proof was needed that they passed away or reach the age of 99 is that the code for escaping prison? I don’t really get that but at least your mom got roses that’s pretty decent of these guys. Personally I hope they never get caught. They were very creative and even get out of that place and stay away from trouble. I found this video to be very interesting all the places that could not be escaped from, but yet people did manage to get away I found that a little amusing, but nevertheless the last video they were bad guys but thank you for the video really enjoyed it. I don’t normally comment but here it is.!!
