Welcome to the vibrant world of Kush Anna, aka Kushendra - a prominent figure in the realm of Isha Hatha Yoga! 🌟 Hailing from the culturally rich city of Ranchi, Jharkhand, Kushendra brings a unique blend of passion, expertise, and authenticity to the world of yoga.
With a background in journalism from the University of Delhi and post-graduation studies at Jamia Millia Islamia, Kushendra's journey into the transformative realm of yoga began when he undertook the rigorous Isha Hatha Yoga Teachers Training in 2018. 📚 Since then, he has emerged as a dynamic and beloved yoga teacher, captivating audiences across social media platforms with his knowledge, charisma, and dedication to the practice. 🧘‍♂️
He is an Isha Hatha yoga-certified teacher from the 2018 batch. He is an ardent Sadhguru Devotee, BIg travel buff, and a big-time foodie, and ya like our Rahul anna says "YE ANNA BAHUT BOLTE HAI" but this is what I love about him, that he is full of Life, Love and Joy.
He is very expressive, and that joy is clearly visible.
He is among the most vibrant and active Isha meditator and Isha Hatha yoga teacher, especially on Instagram.
I was very lucky to have an conversation with him about his entire decade of spiritual journey with @sadhguru and @ishafoundation .
He told me that he has not missed his shoonya in last 9 years now.
His exuberance not just explodes on social media but in person as well.
There is a very uplifting energy that one can sense when you're with him.
He has a decade of journey with @sadhguru
And @ishafoundation and loads and loads of stories about his experience at @LingaBhairavi temple, Isha Hatha Yoga teachers Training and many many things.
It took me two days and more than 3 hours of content to cover his entire journey which I decided to release in different episodes so that it doesn't gets too long.
It was my pleasure and a blessing to have this conversation where he is sharing about the plethora of experiences that he has and the way he was expressing it during the shoot was one adventure ride for me.
