His/her point is that as long as there is an entity perceiving itself as separate is struggling against life and trying to make things better, there will always be unhappiness whether conscious or not. Even if you get what you want, everything is impermanent. Enlightenment offers the capacity of removing the apparent separation. And then you reside as your beingness, and have / be everything. Your natural state is desireless, just covered over with concepts of limitation.

In the kindest way possible Sadhguru is saying " you dont know anything, and you never have ( probably never will because youre not interested in the truth). Understand that you know nothing and then work towards having more clarity. Repeat the working towards more clarity every day of your life ( inner work ) and your inner consciousness will take you to the finish line." Have the Humility to know that you dont know - and you never will. Knowing is for little kids ( little kids concern themselves with knowing ) - growing is for the brave adults. Have humility. Many time I been held on to by sprit last time I was sleep medicated tornado was less than 5 miles away from my house something pushed me out the bed I stumbled downstairs the TV was all it was all red and it was warning take cover I got my daughter got pillows and blankets flashlight went in the basement I could barely walk or talk because I was medicated because I have problem sleeping how about that many times accidents was going to a tree star praying the car stop before I hit the tree

Well, allot of Christians have misunderstood what Jesus has said. When he says "I am the way..." , he's talking about "I" as the soul (atman) and it is the only way to reach God because when an individual experiences the soul, he experiences God. Christians thought "I" is being referred to as Jesus and believing that Jesus is the way , it's a predicament believe I'd say. 😐
