To access this content all you need is a VR capable PC, a copy of Half Life Alyx and then a VR headset of your choice, the game looked and ran beautifully on my Oculus Quest 2 with airlink but this will be dependant on your network environment.

I finally finished the story of Half Life Alyx, I kept getting distracted by all the mods, god bless the modding community! I got to say that the Gunman mods are amazing, I still haven't completed the second one lol.

Serisouly! I played through the main story on both normal and hard in under 15 hrs. A lot of those mods are like entire games in themselves. The leviathan mod has 5 different parts that are each about 2 hrs long. Basically another entire story mode. So cool x.x

This looks so good. The way people die and knock over other objects looks so real. When I finally get a PC and play this for the first time I'm going to be apologizing to everyone I shoot. A full game from these guys would be really sweet but I don't think it's exactly legal to steal the half-life Alex physics engine for a standalone game. I think the best we can hope for is them to keep making more chapters...maybe get hired by Valve.

not sure they released an SDK (like developer toolkit) for the HL:A engine (pretty sure it's just a modified source engine) but they used to be really pro-modding. some of their best games like counter strike and team fortress started as mods for the original Half Life but so far their modding support for HL:A seems pretty limited unfortunately. also I think more modders need to get VR headsets cuz they're both pretty niche groups that just need to overlap...

You should check out Ghosts of Tabor, it has a lot of similar mechanics to into the radius with game play loops like escape from Tarkov.
