Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

My daughter has autism as well and she was considered non-verbal. We got her an iPad with a program called “Touch Chat HD” she was able to use pictures to show what she wanted and then learned to use words by hearing what the iPad would say when she picked an action. She has made wonderful progress and it gets better each day . Never give up hope !

My son was non-verbal as well so we decided try sign language with a combination of the iPad and it was a huge improvement. Now that he's a bit older we have done speech therapy with aba therapy and has helped so much.

This is really interesting, my son is on the spectrum but he is not non verbal in the slightest (he doesn't be quiet :P). What triggers him is loud environments, they can make him really un easy, you can see him struggling to process it. It's crazy how it works in different ways.

Used work at a oil change shop in my early 20s next to a KFC and used to trade oil changes for free food, I ate KFC for two years straight, everyday, saved myself a couple grand on not buying groceries in those couple years. Good times. I miss free food!!

So, does anyone else remember when KFC Popcorn Chicken first came out and how good it was? It was all uniform size and my mom and I would order it and go to the $1 movies at the Trexlertown, PA movies and sneak in KFC and Subway. We used to have really good times back then. Man, I wish I could watch take on a REAL Nashville Hot Chicken challenge! Now that stuff is hotter than the sun, and it's not a hot sauce, it's spice powder that they either mix into the coating and/or sprinkle on after they fry it. But you seriously have to be careful, when really aren't kidding when they call it hot...Even some of the most dedicated fans of it, can't handle the hottest option, even the mildest can be way hotter than most people expect. Even with all that said...it's so damn good and truly addicting. It's one of those things, where the pain becomes almost pleasurable and makes the experience even more enjoyable! Just talking about it is making my mouth water!! I really hope one day you get to try the real thing, even if not as part of a challenge and just to try it out!
