Love the vid, this feel more and more like your regular stream banter. I'd love longer videos though. Also, from what I've seen on other reaction channels, the reactors usually have no clue what they're going to watch, which given a more over the top genuine reaction, but you guys being so into the Apex community have already seen beforehand the videos you're reacting to, so maybe there's something there

This lobby looks like the most passive and nooby lobby i have ever seen. They never team up, nobody finishes the job, most of them don't strafe,... what? This smells fishy to me.

The answer is he was both lucky and good at the game. I don't think he tanked his K/D intentionally to get this lobby since those ones are even worse than this, but this is likely the result of solo queing for 6 hours trying to set a world record and dying on drop over and over.

if you still think they use "skill based matchmaking" in apex, look up "EOMM: An Engagement Optimized Matchmaking Framework" you should find a paper by ucla from 2017. theyre NOT trying to pair similarly skilled players. they have tried adjusting towards sbmm in ranked and pubs around s18/19ish (not sure anymore, who cares^^) but reverted the changes after huge negative backlash from the community - even for ranked.^^'

i lowkey think that the game was a custom, bc why did the video end so abruptly? customs dont show ur kills or damage at the end of the match, but i also dont think that it does the "Champion" pop up and animation, but that couldve been easily edited in. idk tho, was just speculating bc he was pretty much the only person getting kills that game, and the odds of getting 37 kills in a 55 player lobby are very low, unless ur going against straight bots🤷‍♂️

This is the definition of a bot lobby... Even the lowest lobbies dont take so long coz at least 2 teams will farm kills Edit: I cant find this guy on the apex stats tracker (only shows a lvl 107 chinese player) so my theory is that he changes his name and loses all his game on purpose to get his mmr low enough then switch his name back to do those high dmg/badge games.

His shield gets broken only like 4 times the whole game. He doesn't have to do anything high IQ or advanced for the whole game. This person absolutely should not be in this lobby. I can't put up 36 in any lobby. But if I was to try, I would want it to be a lobby like this one.

Dude barely got cracked for a majority of the game. It is giving manipulated lobby vibes. Boom could easily drop a 30 in that lobby - if you told me that was Boom I'd believe it. Even Kandy probably could have killed some of them.

These are the perfect exaples of bot lobbies. These dudes go on a losing streak so bad, sbmm will kick in and drop them into bot lobbies. Once there they actually start to play as a pro and dominate the whole lobby. If this was a high ranked lobby there would be so much players alive that long. Sweat lobbies don't last that long.
