@@kingdavey90 I was his caddie on the tournament and got the best place ever to observe that throw. :D This was day 2 of the competition and it poured rain over us for the whole day 1. There was supposed to be two rounds but only one was played in day 1 due to the weather. So the ground was quite muddy and all slippery. Simon tried the foothold few times before committing to the shot but still couldn't land his supporting foot on a solid ground and wasn't able to stop the motion. This was the result of trying to stop in time but he was too too committed so the disk ripped out of his slippery fingers.
