He actually killed a couple in February 1978, who confronted him while he was on the prowl one night. It was after he killed the couple (Brian and Katie Maggiore) that he moved to Southern California and became known as the Original Nightstalker from 1979 to 1981, and made one last debut in 1986. I’ve always thought this as well!
@shruggzdastr8-facedclown26 күн бұрын
@shoafymusic : I don't necessarily believe that they are the same person, but some things which lead me to speculate on the possibility that they might are: There's only about a 5-yr. gap between the Zodiac killer's slayings and D.B. Cooper's apparently one-off skyjacking stunt; then, there's the fact that Cooper had the plane that he skyjacked open its rear emergency door/hatch over northern California -- not terribly far from the Bay-area (a cpl./few hrs. drive away, once a road was found); so, he had to have a basic familiarity with the area that he was jumping into -- especially at night There are, however, inconsistencies that are difficult to reconcile: ZK's obvious callous disregard for human life on one hand, but D.B.'s demonstration of not wanting to harm any crew members or other passengers on the other hand; because D.B. was very specific about what he wanted the pilot(s) and flight attendants to do with the plane and safety equipment, it's strongly believed that he had some knowledge with regard to planes and air-travel (whether that be as a pilot/navigator/flight instructor/air-traffic controller -- civilian/commercial, military*, or both); whereas, there's no evidence that ZK had any aviation-related knowledge (*perhaps, he'd had some airborne military experience with one of the branches and took some paratrooper jump-school lessons as part of his training but was ultimately discharged)

I live across the country in DC and that was the first person I thought of. I remember seeing shows about the Green river killer in the 90s, before they even caught him.

Fun fact, Albert Fish’s granddaughter Tabatha is located in Southern California to this day. Both she and her father refuse to acknowledge Albert’s existence but she still had his last name as of four years ago. Every now and again I see her at the local 7-11. True story.

One of the worst serial killers was never caught. He is the Man From The Train likely named Paul Mueller. He was suspected as being the one behind the famous Villisca, Iowa axe murders as well as many others.

0:44 Gilles De Rais took a dark turn AFTER Jeanne D'Arc was executed. I wonder if it was an Anikin/Darth Vader scenario. What if he had feelings for Jeanne & her execution pushed him over the edge? Perhaps any joy he may have felt before died with her. Maybe the reason he turned to the occult was in a desperate effort to resurrect Jeanne D'Arc. Maybe what he did to those kids was meant as some form of sacrifice in exchange for Jeanne's life. It is a possibility. Grief can really screw up a person's mind. Weirder things have happened throughout history. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

Yea this guy isn't the brightest. I would put him at #1. He IS the real devil. Easily the worst killer to ever walk the earth. He didnt do so much research for his list. Jack the ripper is more legend than fact. And there is no evidence that the "toy box killer" actually killed anyone. He just kidnapped them played with them and let them go.

Didn't gilles murder was still questionable? Like even back then they never found solid proof about his crime. And modern scholars mostly agreed that there is a high possibility that the other nobles who accussed him of his crime because they want to steal his land and property, but again nothing is confirmed at this point.
@worstcaseofcrabsever5510Ай бұрын
True. There was a guy named Bruno Ludke who was convicted of 85 murders. Many say he only killed one or 2. Also reminds me of the most exaggerated killer ever Heny Lee Lucas. The Texas Rangers even framed a District attourney to keep the scheme going so they could continue to get funding for their investigation with Lucas as the central focus. His damages eye made him look like the monster so they used that to trick the public. Lucas probably only killed 1 or 2 in reality but for decades he was considered the most prolific ever.
