Yeah see, I've seen those on infomercials, the rejuvenating mask. Looks just like this thing. However the one I've seen came from like...the 80's I think? Ok a few things I'll say as a nerd: Dinosaur funny arms were an Abelisaurid of some sort, most likely Carnotaurus as let's face it it's the most popular. You can tell them apart from Tyrannosaur arms because they have four fingers and no elbow. They're still articulated weird and the thumb is more opposed than it probably should be, but they're actually fairly true to what we have of them- they'd be even less functional than Tyrannosaur forelimbs were, which were at least strong. The hammerhead salamander is extinct. Diplocaulus. There's a Pokemon based on it now. The Game Boy one is ironic given the bitter flavoring added to Switch cartridges so people don't eat them. Infested Spider Tent is actually covered in Harvestmen. They're sort of the same situation as scorpions where they're non-spider arachnids.
