In this video I'm making a french cleat hot glue gun wall holder. I'm using 18mm mdf from an old workshop cabinet that I'm doing away with as part of my workshop upgrades.

Nice addition to the french cleat wall mate, as fare as I'm aware a housing joint is the grove down the centre, a rabbet joint is on the edge a dado is what Americans call a housing joint.

Kudos Grumpy! There is a whole bucket load of precision that has gone into that, I doff my (virtual) cap to you sir. Nice job.

Your right, definitely over engineered but does the job perfectly. Nice one.

This beats stuffing my glue guns in a drawer with a load of other tools. I will make something based on this design 😊 Great job my friend 😊 ॐ

Wow - that's some excellent storage. It puts our hot glue gun storage to SHAME (we just throw it in a box labeled "adhesives" lol). Great job, as always!

Mate what a cracking little project I’ve tried a few different ways to store my glue gun and this looks spot on mate 👊🏼

Awesome Grumpy!!! I’m so down for anything over engineered! Because why the hell not. Great practice for joinery with the dados and miters too so bonus. No more dumping glue guns in a cardboard box on the floor like me lol 😂🙈

Great job, that holder will never fail! Probably more valuable than the glue guns. Well I am part of the 20% who is a subscriber. My question for you is what part of the UK does your accent from. I have two friends in the States who are from Yorkshire and Wales. Your accent is much different. I am from Tennessee here in USA. I do like the two flags you made but watched the video and discovered that it is a long build.
