Right?! My husband and I got married at the courthouse, with just my young adult children in attendance - and it was actually quite lovely! We were both in our late 50’s and had no desire to spend a lot of money on a wedding. That was nearly a decade ago - and now we’re planning a small beach wedding with family and friends so they can celebrate with us this time. But still…we’re not going spend tons of money this time either, lol 😂 🤷🏽‍♀️
