Honestly very impressive and actually helped me understand some of the building mechanics a lot more. I'm an architectural engineer so I enjoy the building in rust. I only have about 2k hours and at least 500+ of that has been spent testing and trying to figure out different mechanics within the building and game in general. Well done! I use the same methods for my pixel and god bunkers, after all there aren't many. Buy when i saw the three squares initially, already knew what was coming. I do the same floorstack just using a ramp instead. Such a tanky base, man! :)

Walk diagonally across the 2 squares at the beginning back and forth TWICE in order to guarantee the pixel gap will work with HQM.

fyi if your offset bunker isnt working and the triangle is able to be placed, you need to build out 15 triangles not 9 after the recent update :)

Offside bunkers have been fixed. After restart offside foundation attaches to the whole base and it provides enough stability for your bunker entrance. Therefore your bunker will not open the next day

When doing a double bunker triangle on opposing sides, you build out 11 triangles on one direction, then always do 11+2 on the other direction (like you did after testing that one side wasn't working. For some reason, it's always this way every build I try this on, I nearly always build a 3 triangle bunker with the middle lines between the three triangles being pixel gapped.

Easiestttt safe-no fail proof-bullet proof method i do on pixel gap - is using Gabe's roof ramp method! Make two squares foundations - and put one square roof ramp coming inward towards you. Then leave a 1/3 of a space worth of foundation to walk on; before you lay down a rug. Crouch down under all way against ramp; place triangle. Then walk back to the left until you reach and are on top the rug ( Do NOT move your mouse ), Then JUMP once, and then try to click and connect the second triangle to the first one. And then check see if its blue. Note: Rug is there to where it makes a BIGGER pixel Gap then normal

Having problems with the first offset window, after placing the test window, the third ceiling triangle connects to it, sealing the bunker. Placing frame prevents placing any ceiling in that slot. I've tried building out from the original foundation, 9,11 even 15 triangles. Made sure to place from the double offset foundation, anyone know where i went wrong?

@@daylajake the same way you offset the first window ( next to tc pixel gap ) to reduce stability, do the same for the window that will hold the triangle frame. build out to place the offset triangle foundation, and then build out again to place the window wall.

Great design but unfortunately with the latest patches you cant place the honeycomb nor the walls for the pixel loot rooms, you can offset those but you end up offsetting every structure 😢. Wanted to ask this in the discord channel but it locked to new users.
