People die to those packrunners all the time. If you're in the barrens and you're near the centaurs, always watch your back. Not sure why he was trying to heal, should have booked it out of there. Even if that heal goes off he probably still dies. That's also why you put your health pots on the bar! I remember in original vanilla when people would light more than 1 candle of the BFD room. You can't recover from that and have to start the whole dungeon over. Sadly for these guys, they have to start their toons over. Yeah, that dude was on tilt. If he ran he probably would have made it or even if he focused.
