Hi Kelsey. Prayers to you. I don't know if this is still true today but I'd like to make a suggestion. According to your KZbin profile you like to play video games "like there is no tomorrow." You play games such as Resident Evil and Red Dead Redemption. If you're a Christian woman, you should know that when you play video games "like there is no tomorrow" means you have turned that hobby into your idol or your god. God hates idolatry. Those things take time away from the Lord. Also those games you play have much violence in them and affect your soul. The eyes are the windows to your soul and when you see stuff like that it affects you greatly over the course of time. Demons become attached to you without you even knowing. Video games in general are not bad but not when you play for endless hours or when you play violent games. The same goes with secular movies and music. As a Christian myself, I'm careful with what my eyes see ever since I got saved. Of course I get tempted but it's a daily battle. There is a level of discipline a person develops. The best thing to do is quit because there is no fruit in that, unless you're getting paid to game, then that's different. If you must, then consider reducing how much you play to a absolute minimum. Usually I listen to these meditations while I sleep. For an entire month I have been facing intense spiritual warfare. Especially in my dreams. Waking up utterly exhausted and drained from the endless nightmares. But God... oh praise God who delivered me and pulled me through in such a way that brought me out so much stronger, wiser, more grateful and beyond thankful to have endured. This title caught my attention yesterday so I played it last night, and this was undoubtedly the most peaceful sleep I've ever had. My dreams were the most sweet, the most loving, the most vivid dreams I've had in such a long time I can't even remember. Thank you for your videos. Hello friend. I've heard of Dr. Eric Berg and have been following him for sometime. I've recently come across one of his videos pertaining to this matter. Not sure if I have a food sensitivity or a severe underlying health condition. I have tried many things including probiotics, changed to a vegan diet, aloe vera gel, eating 3-4 hours before bed. When I sleep I have extreme pressure and pain in my abdomen and it feels there is a lot of air trapped. I belch frequently and in excess and in turn is accompanied by acid reflux. I will try this massage technique you're referring too. Hopefully it can alleviate some of these symptoms. God bless you.
