My first run, I kind of forgot the names, beyween Creighton, Cale and Pate, so when Creighton seethed over Pate and Cale was afraid of "Creigh...creigh something?", I took Cale's advice to heart and killed Cale because I thought he was the traitorous murderer. Power Stance Blue Flames was my favorite build in DS2. Double buffing with CMW absolutely deletes enemy NPCs and Players alike. Draw them in with Crystal Soul Spear, mess them up with CMW Blue Flames, and when they panic roll away, catch them with a Soul Greatsword. It's a beautiful combo.

Blue Flame + Sanctum Shield Gives you the ability to use both magic and Miracles. I have read the Sanctum Shield can also cast hexes but I didn't think to try it on the character I was using at the time, so I'll have to go back and check that.

Other advantage that farming freja have over the rotten is that the Duke after the boss respawn, and he drops a fragrant branch, so you can farm fragrant branches while farming souls, also the pale drake soul gives some cool stuff

Next time, try Puzzling stone sword run. It's a whip/sword hybrid weapon you can find in sunken king dlc. It's better used alone, not powerstanced, because powerstanced moveset is just ordinary SS moves but as a single weapon it kicks ass. It's also can be acquired relatively quickly, if you find a way to drop down to Rotten as soon as possible.

Another great video with another cool weapon! I already knew that this weapon would be cool because it's a weapon that lets you cast spells...but I didn't foresee it becoming OP later in the video. By the way, does this weapon remind anyone of the Glintstone Kris from Elden Ring? Even though these are both different weapon types (this one is a straight sword and the other is a dagger), both have similar attributes: it can attack fast and can cast spells. So enemies aren't safe from your attacks when near, and when they're further away, you can just beam them down (along with the Kris' cool charge attack that the KZbinr Worn-outGamer4 said could launch you across continents when he played with it). Also, both require investing points in Strength, Dexterity and Magic to wield it, with the highest stat requirement being only in the mid teens. Hmmm...does anyone think that this weapon was the inspiration for the Glisntone Kris? Just a theory...
