Heyo Reto. Quick note on "best friends forever". It's proportionally better to get it with one companion, but it's numerically better with 3 or more. Each companion, potentially including your ancestral gaurdians and stormy dude, gives you double stats. So I wouldn't pass it up on a companion heavy build like this one in the future, since I bet you could do crazy things with it. Of course, it won't make a difference on whether you beat it, but I know you love a good broken build.

Hey Reto, you should try switch the meta progress that make food be of your highest stat. I guess this would turn your runs more versatile. And the perk that you earn every floor begining a food of your lowest stat is pretty good. In the current meta all stats is relevant. Sorry for backsiting, just an idea for future runs.

it's not very floor you get the stat up (i think it's every 2nd or 3rd) but I do agree that it's very nice to not get absolutely forced one stat down your throat. Especially when you consider that most epic/legendary weapons scale well on more than one stat, so it isn't that important to absolutely max one stats (of course there are some traits and items for which that is important, but not extremely and with some dice you can often still get one stat really high)

Reto, don't know if you caught it, but the weapon upgrade demon gave +1 evil (which lost you 20% dmg) which you got back at the last good shop.

For the bomb, the cyborg has an augment for unlimited bombs. Thats probably the hardrst build since I think only power and that green augment compliments it

A couple of unexplained tips: Actors in the room include enemies as well as you and your companions. For the arcade, it will never explode before 11 spins. Maybe the limit is later, but I always spin 10 times then bomb it. For secret rooms, it is worth turning on guaranteed secret rooms each floor meta perk. If you miss them you miss them, but when you catch them it is a great excuse to use a bomb during combat

@@mike6605 So follow up, I've been playing more and it seems this is completely wrong. The trait now specifies it specifically includes enemies as actors, and after about 5 arcade machines they have all lasted long enough for me to blow them up after 10 spins, though that could be just dumb luck

strike damage seems to be pretty good, not many enemies are resistant to it and lots of them are weak to it i got a raining strike damage weapon that scaled with gold owned that totally carried my run

I hate to be the guy that goes "uhm actually" because it always feels condescending, but I think I'll do it for once because it might increase your enjoyment: at around 4:30 you mention how strong 100% increased damage is over the orbital speed from galaxy ring. And I'm here to inform you: it's probably not. You mentioned in another video that you know the PoE interaction of increased and more damage, but in this run you have multiple sources of increased damage, which makes it a lot weaker. considering your booze effect and the power buff, you're already sitting at at least 65% inc damage. meaning, that Bahamut's ring is "only" an increase of 62% max. Granted this is a lot, but let's look at orbital speed, which I believe you had 0 of. Increasing that by 100% means you are doubling it, meaning you are doubling the speed/hits and thus the damage. Yes, I know you'd have to be stationary which goes against the rest of your build, and I know that the Bahamut ring is twice as good against dragons which obviously changes the comparison. And given that you want to just play the game and not calculate every single pickup, because honestly it doesn't matter with your skill, it makes sense to just pick up the ring. I just want to say that it's not that clear and the funny choice is not always the worse choice and you don't need to feel pressured into picking a ring that gives 100% increased damage. That being said, that one item you had the other day that gave you a more multiplier was absolutely ridiculous and is always the right choice...

Okay, sure. However, the fact that you need to stand still completely kills any argument for the item (unless you have the "always count as standing still effect). You can't stand still in 90% of this game, it isn't just a disconnect with my build. That is why I didn't take it, not the fact that 2x < 100+

What about the guaranteed lucky hits from orbitals? Doesn't that also make the galaxy set worth more? Edit: Just want to mention that the magic find giving you the ring repeatedly was one of the funniest things I have seen today - just amazing.

Just so you know, flails inherit only 50% of orbital speed increase. The set is pretty awful unless lucky hits or attacks per second are build defining.

I actually think the set bonus for the orbitals would've been better. Why? First, the damage for good is "only" 100% increased damage (which, is an amazing buff, but it's not multiplicative). Compare that to 100% increased attack speed AND guaranteed lucky hits? Yeah... That's a much closer comparison then what you were making it out to be. There is some downside to the standing still thing. It's still a lot closer then what you were saying.

Keyboard+mouse has autoaim also, but it is fairly well hidden in the UI. Turn on autoaim in the controller settings. You no longer need the mouse, just move with wasd and shoot with any arrow key. If autoaim is maxed it doesn't matter with key. If autoaim is half, use the arrow key near the enemy.
