Speedofair piston rebuild next. Need to see how much they help.

I like the videos on this channel as well as PSC's main channel. But what can we expect next on the main channel bro? No upload there in 3 week @ the time of this comment.

Got some really good content going out on the main channel. those videos take a lot more time money and energy to produce that is why they take a while to post

Why not do some dyno pulls of before and after the odawg intake is installed? No other mods. Just the intake. Show the hp, torque, egt, oil, and water temps. Do some real-world test drives. See if there are any differences in fuel consumption. I can't find anyone who's done this online. I installed an odawg on my 2006 F550 6.0 with a cold air and hadn't seen any noticeable benefits over stock.

Check out my other channel powerstroke central. I do before after fuel mileage and 0-60 on every mod I do.

It is my understanding that this mod makes no difference unless you have supporting mods to make use of it. Please kindly clarify.

what do you mean by supporting mods?
@edwardman17424 ай бұрын
@@PSCAutomotiveAndDieselRepair any mods that aid in getting air in and out of the manifold.

@@edwardman1742 you need a bigger turbo to go with this manifold yes
@marksrepairj6234 ай бұрын
That intake won't do nothing. The valves in the head can only flow so much by them and that's it.
@PSCAutomotiveAndDieselRepair4 ай бұрын
If this were the case then increasing your turbo size would do nothing.

@@PSCAutomotiveAndDieselRepair increasing boost vs flow is totally different.
@PSCAutomotiveAndDieselRepair4 ай бұрын
In order to increase boost you have to increase flow. the less restrictions you have in the system the more air you will flow. That being said upgrading your heads on a 6.0 will definitely help. But from my personal experience I have gained significant power from this intake manifold. between 25-45HP

@@marksrepairj623all boost is is a measurement of restriction, flow is what matters in a boosted application. Less measured boost and more flow will show more horsepower

More volume doesn't mean quicker spool up 😂 Whats scary is you're in business and repeating this stupidity to customers 🙄
@PSCAutomotiveAndDieselRepair4 ай бұрын
Literally go on KC turbos website it says your turbo has a faster spool up with this bigger manifold. Of course you need the right turbo to go with this manifold to help with spool up but this manifold 100% helps spool up your turbo faster. I Have personally done testing on this manifold with my own truck and it does help with power and spool up so maybe do your research before you comment.
@jamesstewart81413 ай бұрын
I mean when something (air) is restricted it’s gonna travel slower so when you make it less restrictive then it is going to speed up so even if the heads has small valves and it’s restrictive In its self your stilling going to gain flow and velocity when the intake before the valve is less restricted so when you make the system less restrictive it’s puts less back pressure against the turbo (aka boost) it might not be some huge amount but the turbo will spool faster and not only that the more you flow and speed up the air the free’er the engine runs which makes it faster to respond and that will spool the turbo faster.
