I honestly prefer Surging Strike + Whelming Gustwave over Leg Tap + Rising Knee Thrust simply because of the potential extra card. Especially useful in combination with a Whirling Mist Blossom.

Sorry I am new but how do I make my opponents block with their resources earlier so that ira specialization can hit? Kinda seeing opponent blocking it time and time again so would really love to know how to use the card correctly
