Because this video is really absolutely stupid, he doesn't ignite amber's super and counts it as 0 damage instead, he could've at least used rebrawl to show all the brawlers at max level with the star power because all the brawlers that deal 0 damage with their super actually deal damage with the star power, he doesn't even aim most attacks properly in splash, they can deal damage to more targets if the attack is placed correctly, tbh I think this guy is more overrated and that's sad Oh and also, everything is level 1, so for higher levels we have to do the math our selves
