Karmakut and team have been dropping some of the coolest Arma3 videos of late. Between this and Shacktac Arma3 missions I have found my milsim fix!! Great video sir. Been a long time fan of the channel and the Squad dynamic direction and one life events especially now I look forward to new arma videos just as much!!! Was totally into liberation events as well but they seemed to crash and bug out a lot, so cool to see these run so super smoothly!! Thanks for the entertainment Karma!!!

I wanted to get into the Arma 3 gameplay and one day join Karmakut’s server and participate in these missions. However, I just think that the reason I never got fully invested into all of it was because of the attention to detail that every minor and major thing had. You have to prepare yourself for every possible outcome. You have to make sure you’re in constant contact with other squads as well as your own, and so much more. I really want to get back into it and try to make it work again but there’s just a lot of variables that mentally overwhelm me as well as the lingo everyone uses. Keep up the good work man!!!!

Arma 3 is the definitive milsim. Just beware there is a very steep learning curve and getting used to all the controls can be challenging to say the least. Game matches are usually very long.

To be 100% honest, even though being an Infantryman and one that's in the 25th ID... Having heard stories, studied the handbooks, heard the lingo, and etc... There might be issues from little bits and pieces, but this is probably the plausible deniability that Rangers do on a daily momento when on those kill-capture missions.

I would love to see a new arma on UE5 or just a new vastly more capable engine. I have a very high end PC ( 3090, 5950X, 64 gigs DDR5) and I still get frame drops that I don't expeiance in any other game. I get the scale of these maps/ops are insane.

This is exactly what I want in a standalone game where we can just jump in and go. Trying to get my friends to buy Arma 3, getting the mods, joining a clan/server, etc. is just too many steps for some casuals. Having this as a standalone game on a newer engine would, in my opinion be very successful. (Yes, I know about Arma Reforger and while cool it's still not a game solely dedicated to this type of playstyle.)

Why is it so dark in the Arma 3 NODs when there are stars out? The only time it gets bright enough is looking into the village, which is bright enough to take them off. The buildings inside even with lights off are also basically the same brightness as outside with the stars.

What is sparkle? Is it an infrared spot light so can not see it with naked eye but can with night vision on or is it a hi beam spotlight like the police helicopter

Sparkle is an infrared spot light to show where the squirter is for the guys on the ground. A green beam is used as a vis signal so the squirter can see it and knows he's being tracked, encouraging him to give up.
