U could try and put translucent powder underneath and when you’re done applying the glitter brush it away( idk if this is guaranteed to work for glitter since it does work for powdered shadows, but u could always try)

I think after tapping it on top of the skin if you run your finger through it it might make the glitter settle into an even more even surface! Since the sample looks even more glassy than after applying with a brush. I have one eyeshadow that also does it, although it's not that impressively dense!
