You forgot to mention that Ground Spark in default stance could be dash cancelled for more pressure, and that you could combo after meter burning Staff Spin in the corner for some nice damage (about 45% if optimized i think, not sure tho), AND you can do double jumping 2 in one combo. i remember how oppressive his corner pressure could be in staff mode. You could do things like ia 2 for an instant overhead, d1, b11to get the low, the d1 staff spin and I were almost guaranteed by this point to have built the meter for ex spin which jails basically everything because it eats through muktinhitting narmor moves that try to hit you in the penis.

its not that its hard. it just requires extreme luck/ time in the multiverse to get motherboxes with epic gear. i was one of the lucky robin players who unlocked the staff super early. I dont even use the staff because of how easy/ cheap it is.

Ah yes, the Staff of Grayson. Or as my friend likes to call it, the Dick Stick. The only downside to it is how limited his movement becomes, which I would expect better from Nightwing or Robin, but it is an important staple for both 1 and 2. It does give me hope that we’ll see a more mobile staff user from Tim Drake someday, since he is my favorite Robin while I can’t stand Damian.

Just a correction. Blue costume Nightwing is indeed Dick Grayson. However, in the story mode you use the L-king that is Damien Wayne, and there is an alternative costume for Nightwing that allows you to use Damien Wayne.

The default skin is Dick Grayson still. If you go to the archives and look at the descriptions of the skins he is Dick Grayson and it changes to Damien in the Regime skin.

Don't know if this would be relevant, but when I was played Injustice 1 religiously, I was able to start a combo in the default stance and be able to switch to the Staff of Grayson midcombo. I felt like this was important because of everything you brought up in the video and if you landed a throw (since it switched you back to default stance), you could go back in, use any of his mixups (I am pretty sure he had a low combo starter in default stance too), and switch to the staff for more pressure.

Saying this as someone who has Damian as their favorite DC character and probably also favorite comic book character, I'll just say that Damian walks a very fine line between being a loveable cute boy with a heart of gold, and an insufferable brat, sadly, in Injustice, he's gone completely to the latter still play as him though

It was a flashback. In present day Injustice 2 he's still Nightwing. The game just incorporated Robin in the roster to mix things up.

I liked both Injustices but the hoster of the first one to me is more exciting, Zod, sinestro, Salamon, Doomsday and Lobo which I don't know much but Love the gameplay. Gorilla Gruud, Poison ivy and Scarecrow are badasses, but the gear it screwed the deal, alternatives costumes that look too redunt, Brainic parts are all the same, no blackest night costumes, and the premium skins were underused, also I would prefer 2 variants of each character rather than the custom moves, maybe Bizarro and Superman could be variants. Its not all bad thou, the different color schemes were very cool, if I could have alternative costumes and those alternative colors I would be the happiest person.

I still love him in injustice comics, did he mess up? yeah. Was it intentional? No. Dick himself forgave Damian in the comics, being the one who gave him the Nightwing suit in the first place. Damian, despite the image he gives off in the game and comics, he regrets Dick's death very much, it was an accident that if he could erase he would.

Damian is supposed to be 18 by the time Injustice 1 takes place... And yet he looks and sounds like he's in his 20s. Thankfully, they fixed that in Injustice 2. Edit: Thankfully, Damian's Nightwing is an Alt. You primarily play as Dick.
