They draft as a team, not as individuals. It's not like secondbest went "oh it's my turn to pick, I should probably go Kit here as I'm good with him". It doesn't matter which players turn it happens to be when that brawler is picked as it's a team decision. You worry about getting the right brawlers on the team to make a good comp first and then you switch them to suit the right player. That's how you draft when you have a team and are communicating unlike when you're playing alone with randoms.
