We put pinecones in our tree & around the base to help keep our cats from climbing. Some people say to add citrus smell to the pine cones because they don’t don’t like citrus smells. 🤷🏻‍♀️ worth a shot but totally depends on the cat of course.

Abbie totally told dad NO! 😂 I had a double seal ordeal happen during an oil change , it was terrible started leaking everywhere . We do the spray bottle trick with our cat , works in the moment and she’s back messing with the tree two minutes later !

once I got my oil changed and they left the oil cap off . My car started smoking under the hood and from the exhaust right after and didn't want to accelerate.. so scary !!! under the hood everything was covered in oil ! Had to take it back for them to clean it. I hate car troubles

Service departments at dealerships hire a lot of young inexperienced guys to change oil. My son is a service advisor at a Chrysler dealership. He started working in the lot washing cars and worked his way up. He’s gotten a lot of his high school friends on to change oil.

Apparently it’s better to give cats treats to stop them doing something rather than a deterrent. Not sure how true it is but worth a try if the squirting isn’t working. My stove top beeps if you put weight on it, the beeps soon stopped my cat jumping on the bench, so maybe a proximity sensor that beeps when Nala or puppy approach the tree?

I'm sad because I love my car (Subaru Crosstrek), BUT, do not love the dealership. For instance: I need a new headlight bulb installed and when I called on November 23rd the soonest they could do the job was December 17th 😮! The service manager did nothing for me(having a non-functioning headlight is a ticketable offence). I left him two messages and never heard back from him. So, I am sad that when I need a new car I will have to look for something other than a Subaru.

After working in the field of developmental disabilities for 30+ years, I admire your outlook on Abbie's defiance. I tried hard to get group home staff to understand that so many of the decisions they make in their daily lives are taken away from the residents. Because of the group living, a routine is necessary, but whenever possible, I wanted the residents to have choices. Great video!

I realize 'everybody's got a story'. Mine? My "baby(!)" -- my EARLY CRX Sport -- was victim to that type of story! I was in my late 20's, 'had a planned drive to DC (from NY)...on the day that I left, I (had an appt.) took the car to Kost to get an oil change. One of the biggest mistakes of my life, I got on 81 and didn't even make it to Binghamton(30ish mi.) and the car started smoking. "Fast fwd.", he transmission caught ON FIRE -- the @$$*!& didn't put the oil plug in/on! My "baby" (only INcreasing in $value) was TOAST! (OBviously,...) I STILL haven't gotten over it! SO glad you were lookin' out for her (of course😉) and it wasn't saved for when she got HOME! ...and 'the tip? Sweet! 😉

I took my car to Walmart for an oil change, they put the wrong oil in and it gunked up my engine. Cost me $200 (this was in 2003) Walmart's solution was free oil changes for a year...😂😂😂

Had my oil changed. And it was fine when I drove home. But next day driving home had it leaking. Had to be towed to where it was done. They fixed it fr free. But still a pain.
