Could you do the same sort of thing with plastic plant pots? Instead of forming the tray part into a bowl, could you press it over a second plastic plant pot?

What size bowl do you use? Can I use wax paper between the resin and weight? I will be doing 1:21 mine in my house @ 70 degrees. How long should I leave the mold?

Last night I attempted the resin pour over a glass vase into a coffin tray mold, but all the colors slide right off into the tray lol. I was using purple, light blue, black and silver, it is all opaque in the tray, but what little stayed on the vase is very transparent. I let the resin setup and thicken before I poured, it was getting really warm when I started to pour. I ended up having to drop alcohol inks directly onto the vase, it turned out ok, just not what I was going for, on my first ever vase pour. How do you get the colors to stay on the vase?
