The creature in Doctor Strange 2 was Shuma Gorath, a Marvel character. The video you watched was Lovecraft lore. That’s what Cthulhu (Actually Pronounced Kuh-too-loo or Call-thull) is from. It’s the god/alien priest that appears at the end of the movie Underwater and the end of the intro for Rick and Morty. He has a humanoid body with an octopus head and bat wings. Cthulhu is also an scp (SCP 2662)
