About the screams in the forest, Sam and Colby forgot to mention Goat's man bridge when they went with Kris in the summer. They were on the bridge when it happened and it sounded like a younger woman or child screaming, I believe it was before they did the car ritual and Kris figured out her secret talent of sounding like the horn she had in her backpack.

I am from India, I can confirm there are so many haunted locations due to so much diverse history of the country, my own family has had experiences that were unexplainable ! Theres a very famous forrest called barnmördarkorset wich translates to the child murdering crossroad. the hauntings started with the rumors of a mother how hanged her two children in a tree in the middle of the crossroad this is now rotten and you can see that the tree has only grew in the direction of the hanged children

Derring woods is also thought to have cult-like groups regularly hold rituals in the woods. The woods is also right next to the most haunted village in the UK, Pluckley. 5:59, I'm Indian and I would definitely recommend coming to India it's a MEGA Hotspot for ghost hunting, and it's really active, as a lot of history has gone down on the land(s) of India (and Indian subcontinent) I would recommend it, it's really active and there are a bunch of places you can visit, it will sooo worth it!!

I went for a walk in the Freetown river state forest recently - my family and I live not too far from there. It's unusually quiet - and REALLY large. Hope you guys check it out sometime! To add on to some of the horrors there, supposedly at one point, someone had tied thin wire between trees to decapitate people on motorbikes going through the trails, too. There's been instances of some who've seen Native American spirits wandering through the trees as well.

I used to live right near this forest! I can tell you it is creepy! I used to have family parties here and picnics with my kids when they were babies!! Lol I didn't know how bad it was until I was in my late 20's. Creeps me out now! I know Josh has been there a few times! I think it would make a great video!

You guys should definitely come to india. There is a state in India called kerala, and in kerala there is a district named Wayannad. In Wayannad there is a tree which is chained to the ground and is said to have trapped a spirit in it. It is said tht the spirit was of a local man who showed the british soldiers the right route between Kozhikode and Wayannad and then killed this guy becoz now he knows where these Britishers are now. So now about the tree, the spirit of this man roamed around in Wayannad and disturbed the villagers, so, the villagers called a shaman and trapped him in the tree and literally chained him. The chains are still intact and is rumoured to be growing with the tree.

The funny thing is that when the Blair Witch Project came out in 1999, a lot of us Marylanders scoffed at the Blair Witch being a legend when the Goat Man is our legend here (I did a whole vid about it long before I became a review channel). However, most of the movie was filmed 25 miles away from Burkittsville at Seneca Creek State Park. Having said that...Burkittsville did have Confederate forces occupy it on September 13th, 1862 and the Union forces caught with them on September 14th. They had the Battle of Crampton's Gap that day, which was the bloody prelude to the Battle of Antietam. Both Burkittsville and Crampton's Gap are on South Mountain. So, if there is any paranormal activity, it's most likely related to the Crampton's Gap battle (and maybe things where there isn't a record of...given there was a Native American tribe that was there initially that is now extinct).

About Hoia Baciu: i live close to Cluj Napoca (the city right next to the forest) so i've been there a bunch of times and believe me, it is a weird place. The most interesting part it the radioactivity. Sometimes, it's so radioactive that it causes nausea, headaches or literal burns on your skin. But we don't know why exactly it's radioactive because it's been researched by a lot of experts throughout the years. I don't know if there are any actual ghosts or UFOs but if if you stay there for too long you start to see/hear shit.

Love me some scary woods. Fave type of paranormal vids by far. Enough slummy dilapidated house, hospital or old prison, out in the woods is the freakiest b/c it's the wild unknown and anything's liable to happen. You could get lost, come across a bigfoot, some crazy hermit trapper, a bear, a ritual with a bunch of robed figures, there's a real risk involved. Or more of one.
