I'm really sorry you're going through a hard time. I had a period of a few years that were pretty bad for me but I was eventually able to find a really good therapist who has been able to help me. I still have bad days but, overall I'm doing a lot better. It really does get better, I know it doesn't always feel like it but I promise it does. 💜

I was actually just looking for one of my 500 notebooks to write down a freakin list of all of the things I randomly remember to do so I can check them off as I go and maybe finally get SOMETHING done. I waste everyday just hopping from task to task, getting distracted, suddenly remembering 100 different things that I keep forgetting to do, then I stress myself out trying to get everything done asap until I eventually end up in freeze mode, then my dog has to go outside and I forget everything I was doing and/or planned to do. I’m even medicated and still can’t get shit done 🙃
