I purchased the xb900 first, then upgraded to these, then upgraded again to the xm4, and exchanged them back to the 910's and haven't a single regret. The difference is there, even for the average user, but the nc is really good, the sound quality is really good as well as the comfort (I'm a big headed, big eared bloke). The 910's fit is a bit tighter, which makes them a better choice for working out (imo), and personally I think the design is better. Very much underrated and the better deal. Good channel m8, quality keeps me coming back and checking out your stuff 💥🔥

I got pair of these with Sennheiser 350bt. They sound amazing, even with the extra bass, compared to what some people said. If people don't like them - it seems nobody understands anything about audio tech. The sound quality is killer. Hello, I'm a big fan of your channel and absolutely love your reviews. I bought Sony WH-XB900N's couple of months ago and I really wanted to like them; but I had some frustrating issues that made me consider selling them and buying other headphones: 1) The earcup hinges make a creaking/clicking/popping sound whenever I turn or move my head, yawn, chew etc. It's pretty audible even when I listen to music at low volume or watching a movie and it's so annoying. I looked through KZbin, Reddit and many other forums; and I saw that many people have this issue with their WH-1000XM3's as well, as it's a mechanical issue caused by the design and poor build quality of the headphones. Honestly, headphones at this price range shouldn't have this kind of issue at all. 2) I mainly listen to rap, EDM and house genres and I love bass; but the bass on the XB900N's is just too much for me, even when I adjust the EQ settings and set the Clear Bass below 0. The bass just feels so overblown and bloated, whereas the mids and highs sound muffled. I just couldn't get used to the sound of these headphones. It just sounds muddy and ear fatiguing for me. I found myself enjoying music much more with my 2nd generation Airpods, as they sound much more balanced; even they're far away from being the best sounding earbuds. Based on these issues I had, would you recommend the WH-H910N's? Did you had any creaking/clicking hinge sound issue with them or the XM3's? I was considering to buy the XM3's; but seeing that they also have this issue was a huge turn off for me. Many people say that WH-H910N has better build quality than the XM3's and the XB900N's; but their design is very similar and I'm a bit worried about them as well. Also, some people say that the H910N's sound more clear and crisp than the XM3/4's; but majority of the people still give the edge to the XM3/4 in terms of sound quality, as the H910N's sound dull and narrow compared to them. Should I ignore the creaking hinge problem (if H910N also has this problem) and buy the XM3's? It's been a very long comment; but I hope you see it and I'd be so thankful if you respond, thanks!
@MetalBearSeto3 жыл бұрын
Did you end up getting the H910Ns? I also have the xb900n but it's faulty and Sony is sending me a new pair. They told me if they don't have any in stock, they will send me h910ns instead.
@canyentur3 жыл бұрын
@@MetalBearSeto Hi! I couldn't be sure if you also responded to me on Reddit; but I'll reply again just in case. I decided to save some money and get the XM3 since many people say it's the flagship model and the best headphones among the Sony lineup (especially in terms of sound quality and comfort); but I didn't buy them yet. Could you give an update after you receive and try the headphones, especially in terms of sound quality and comfort? Some people say the H910N's drivers inside stick a bit more further than usual and touching their ears; but many people say they're still comfortable and it shouldn't be an issue. Also, one of the main issues I had with the XB900N's is that annoying creaking/clicking/popping sound whenever I move my head. Could you check if it happens with your H910N's? I may consider getting the H910N's on sale based on your comments again. I'd be so thankful if you respond, thanks in advance!

I have the H.ear On 2, and it's hard to believe that headphones with 25mm drivers (less than one inch!) sound this good. The trick is that they put the drivers really close to your ears. For some people, the driver sticks into the ear and probably hurts, but for the rest of us, we get good sound quality for the price. One warning: some user reviews complain that the padding comes lose on the H.ear On 3.

I don't understand why all these reviews about the call quality is so positive. I got this bad boy last year. Comfort and sound quality is hands down a treat! But the calling experience is terrible! terrible than a $10 earphones. I exchanged it one time thinking it was defective, but the second one was equally bad with calls. Everytime I was on a normal audio call or a zoom call, the person on the other side could hear what someone 10 metres away was saying. It's like the headphone is cancelling all the unnecessary noises and channelling every humanly noise to the other side. The listener always told me to change my headphones because they could hear lot of outside noise. I don't understand what the issue is. I tried tinkering with the settings but for no use. Don't know why my experience doesn't match with these reviewers.

Got this for a paltry $100 (approx round up from INR) on an amazon sale. For that price this headphone is a steal. Sound quality is great, the bass is decent (if you turn up the clear bass level to 10), but yes , a bit more would have always made watching a movie more theater like. Noise cancellation is ok, cuts down low frequencies , and works well inside a car on a highway(haven't tried it on a flight yet). Had the cheap soundcore life q10s before this , and bass wise and battery wise those still score way above the sony's. But however, put on some flac music or just regular spotify, and you will start hearing all the layers of the music. Listen to both headphones back to back and you will definitely know that sony's are expensive headphones for a reason. I don't think its necessarily worth 300 bucks, however if you can get it for sale for under 200 then its a great buy. PS- the protrusion inside the earcup is definitely going to be a problem if you have 'extendey' ears. Mine just touch them, and it does give an off vibe to the feel. Requires me to adjust and shuffle every hour or so. Not a huge problem for me...but i am sure there will be people who will get really annoyed. The only failing of what is otherwise an amazingly comfortable headphone.
@-nightraider-11694 жыл бұрын
I don’t have that problem, my ears stick out and they don’t touch the middle part. I sometimes can feel the plastic very lightly pressing against my ears but that is only after like 2 hours. @NewStuffTV14 жыл бұрын
The XB series is always going to have heavy bass no matter what. The Crusher ANC bass is REALLY heavy and bloated compared to the Crusher Evo. If you already have the EVO, save your money and stick with them. However, to answer your question about the h.ear on 3 Vs the XB900 for sound quality, I prefer the h.ear on 3.
@jasonMB9994 жыл бұрын
@@NewStuffTV1 thanks for opinion. The evo has super deep loose bass that sounds like it's coming from the core. Earthquake. But i like the ANC mainly because of the ANC. The anc's haptic bass isn't that good because it doesn't go deep, only has heavy overpowering punch. But it makes the xb900 sound boomy. Like it's not even worthy of existing.

@gloveyourway20003 жыл бұрын
Yes, you can remove the earcups. The removal process is the same as the XM3/XM4/H900. KZbin has several videos on how to remove the earcups on XM3/XM4 etc!

XB900N for the win 👍👌😁

You can tell yourself that. The whh910n are far superior to the whxb900n. I have them all including the Xm2's and Xm3's. The whxb900n have zero noise cancelling and the sound is not as good as the whh910n.

Have you tired using these for a call in a public place?? I cannot figure out how to turn off the ambient microphones during a call. Every single noise is projected and even the person on the other line can hear Every single little thing. It's amplified so much during a phone call

fairly average user here. I got them at costco yesterday. I am disapointed. After doing the 360 setup on the app and taking picture of your ear: Only compatible with deezer and other shitty app nobody use. Also not compatible with PC. ( microphone and sound ) The sound is good no doubt, the price was right but meh.

@@NewStuffTV1 Impossible. The man needs plenty of options to get his jam on, right?... okay, okay, perhaps a few too many, but when we're talking headphones and music, I think it can be forgiven, haha! Fantastic channel by the way. Always a pleasure to watch you review good stuff in 'real terms'. :)
