Great video and channel! Exercises for heel and toe hooks would be very useful. Keep up the good work, and I hope more people find their way to your channel - although I don't think that's the most important thing, most important is to enjoy what you're doing in and of itself!

The pistol squat is a great exercise! My record is 10 really clean ones at 95kg bw. TRX for hamstrings is also pretty good if you have it available. Other great exercises you should consider is Horse Stance, tuck jumps, split squats, pistol squat on your toes. You mentioned make sure to keep your back flat during the goblet squat, why is that?

Yes, there are a lot more exercises of course, but I didn't want the video to be too long that's why I just chose those three. Keeping the back flat is to avoid injuries to your lower back (especially when using heavier weights) and also to make the strength training more effective. It's especially important to not arch your back when doing it. I hope this answers your question well enough. Thanks for mentioning more exercises and the question!
