I’ve never seen this game before, so I’m surprised that out of all the German landmarks, they picked Schloss Neuschwanstein because I didn’t know it existed until I visited it during my study abroad in Germany. Elgato is a capture card, it is a physical thing you plug into a games console to record it, as things like the Wii do not have the ability to have OBS. Elgato also has a software, but OBS (just software) is good for most things. Because the video itself did this, i think it was the card itself mabye got shifted a bit or corrupted and this happened. (Yes i know i am 6 months late)
