@@garrett3234 How could you say he doesn't have heart after what he's gone through? He beat Ferrandis for an outdoor title and battled Osborne on for the title again on his 450 rookie year. Remember he barely raced for 2 years, to then come back and not only win a title, but be a title contender on your first year on a 450 takes a lot of heart.

I want Ken to do it so bad, but it's very few people who go faster after a kid. I think he absolutely can do it, it's just if he let's himself do it. I want to see a redemption year from him. Nobody is better than him at pushing Tomac. Webb will always be pushed aside if either of those two focus. That's why l love the sport.

@@LesterLara818 Also true, who know's Bam Bam might push his way to the top also, he has to be gunning for it, at this point. That conversation between Marv and Aldon doesn’t look good for Marv. It seemed like he wants to do things his way not Aldon’s based on that conversation but who knows that’s just one little view into their everyday program. From what I see it looks like he wants to agree with Aldon but not follow what he says to do. Maybe I’m wrong who knows I’m just some guy on the Internet lol
@squirtlekingkc50203 жыл бұрын
It should be noted the way rv and aldon butt heads when he was domibating
@VurbWes3 жыл бұрын
@@aznduro @moto615 The whole segment was setup to show how Aldon is able to work his magic with multiple guys on the same day throughout various emotions and conditions. Maybe it didn't come across, but by the end of the day Marv was ripping and was stoked, as was Aldon, hence the great ending pep talk. I, by no means, think Marvin is/was unhappy; every day - during bootcamp especially - is GNARLY. The emotions run high, they're warn out and exhausted, and they have to push. This series is all about showing the emotion, as it's up and down for EVERYONE, and we were lucky to capture a good glimpse of it that particular day. Next time we shoot, it could just as easily be Coop having a tough day.
@Sephiroth32vergil3 жыл бұрын
The only one I know who didn't give Aldon pushback was Dungey. Every other rider I've seen work with Aldon has had similar conversations behind the scenes. Like you said it's just one snippet from a whole program. Marv has been with him long enough to know what to expect.
@seaeff64283 жыл бұрын
@@aznduro How many fucking motos has aldon done? How many whoop sections has he blitzed? That guy is a sketch ball. As Kenny, tickle, Anderson etc. it’s crazy to me that a guy that’s never done a single lap runs a moto training program.

Wow, Marvin is totally over it. He has never looked that un interested and burnt out in pre season videos.. ever. You can just tell from his body language and facials in every shot he's in. Fighting Aldons advice and all that.. he's over it. This year could well be his last - sick and tired of being 2nd place. Dude is a champion, a shame it seems his fire is nearly out.

@@LesterLara818 Everyone's career is different. Marv was winning 2 world titles when Osborne wasn't getting signed by any team, Marvin is a veteran in the 450 class and Osborne is only in his 2nd year... a lot of things affect how much a rider can stretch their career. Musquin has been at the top of the class for his entire career, that takes a lot of you, Osborne won his first ever race in 2016, so it makes sense that he would be at the peak of his career.
